Trekked into the wilds of San Antonio last night to check out some shows happening at Blue Star.

"Bluebird"Pleasant surprise today when Melanie Fain's smiling face came through the door. She's just home from her last road trip of the year and came by to drop off some of her newest etchings in a great series of songbirds - "Bluebird," "Goldfinch, and "Titmouse." She's the real deal.

Had a great Friday evening with old and new friends at the gallery.
